Step Two
During your appointment we will go through everything with you in detail to make sure you have a full picture of your circumstances and your wishes. We will also provide advice on your choice of Executors, Guardians and their role in administrating your Estate.
We will kindly ask you to make your payment, in order for us to start preparing and drafting your Will.
Step 3
We will then send you a draft copy of your will for approval, which you will receive within 7 days time.
Step 4
Once you contact you to approve your will. There are strict legal guidelines when it comes to signing and witnessing your will. We will make a second appointment in order sign and witness your will. After this you will have a valid and legally binding will.
